“ Bustling local restaurant, lots of hub bub and full of life, and this was just a normal Tuesday night in Rio. The Service was quick, the cocktails (Gin & Tonic and a Caipirinha) were delicious and the barbecue spring chicken cooked beautifully. The French Fries were very tasty too. Finally a glass of Chopp Draft Beer was served quickly and icy cold. All in all a very good experience and would recommend it as a good place to go. ”
“ Galeto Sat’s have mastered the art of rotisserie. They make the best garlic bread I’ve ever had. They make chicken hearts taste mouth watering good. A must visit in Rio. ”
“ Ohh the chicken, smothered in garlic and butter!! Grab a cold beer at the counter (standing room only) and watch the oven magic happen. Plenty of options available at a fantastic price! We came back 3 times it was that good- for lunch and late night dinner. ”
“ I recently returned to Rio and made a special trip to this restaurant—even though I was staying in Leblon—just to have their incredible chicken with the house’s special sauce again. And it was absolutely worth it! Hands down the best chicken I’ve ever had in my life. The restaurant has a lively atmosphere, and the staff is super friendly, making the whole experience even better. A must-visit for anyone who loves great food, especially chicken! They have plenty of other delicious options too, but this dish is simply unforgettable. ”
“ AMAZING Brazilian churrasco grill The best garlic bread I’ve ever had- do not skip it!! We also got the coal grilled boneless chicken wings (AMAZING) and the rib eye steak (also AMAZING) Honestly some of the best food we’ve had in Brazil, maybe ever !! And the prices are so reasonable We came here on our last night in Brazil and are so sad we can’t go back once more ”
“ This was the first meal I had in Brazil after not eating for close to 24 hours while I was travelling , it did not disappoint . The chicken was flavour and tender, and I enjoyed the Sat's sauce on it. The fries were good quality but needed some salt (no problem it's on the table) and the garlic bread was amazing, how does more of the world not talk about Brazilian garlic bread. There are good odds I end up back here during my stay in Rio. ”
“ Great little gem if you're looking for some picanha. It was seasoned and cooked perfectly. One of my best meals in Brazil. With US exchange, it's a great value. The chicken was good with sats rub, but not as good as the steak. Was packed, even at midnight, with tourists and locals. ”
“ A nice change to your typical galeto joint in Rio hence my rating of 5 stars across the board although there are some aspects that weren’t perfect for me. But who expects perfection?! The galeto (rotisserie chicken) with Sat’s sauce was an interesting combination of flavors that tasted great. Very unique to have such a rich sauce on galeto. Delicious but for me was too salty. Likely perfect for Brazilian palette that tends to like things more salty. And it was a very generous portion compared to other galeto places so I couldn’t finish it myself. Perfect size for 2 people along with the sides listed below...... Garlic bread was outstanding. Heavy with butter and garlic. I’ve never had garlic bread this good anywhere in Brazil. Super tasty but not good option for anyone on a diet :-) And the feijao amigo was great. Black beans with a nice hint of onions and garlic. Place itself is very small and cramped so best to go during off hours so you get a table and some space. During busy times it can be a long wait. It’s also very warm in there on warm day, likely because it’s a small place, there’s a huge oven in there and the front is entirely open to the street........ ”
